Inside your QMD dashboard, the Supplier Scorecard is available directly under the Quotes → Suppliers tab. From this scorecard, you can quickly review supplier-level activity and drill into detailed quote metrics — all in one place.

• Total quote activity and posting rates by supplier.
• Open quotes and open quote value.
• Quotes not responded to and associated dollar value.
• Quotes converted to orders, close rates, and order value.
• Lost quotes, lost quote value, and primary loss reasons.
• Number of participants within your organization engaging with each supplier.

With the support of your Interlynx account manager, the Supplier Scorecard can be configured to share supplier-specific reporting. Each supplier receives a view containing only their data, creating a clear foundation for more focused, productive discussions.
