Built from your Point of Sale data, the Company Scorecard organizes customer performance across sales trends, growth, order behavior, and product mix. This makes it easier to understand which customers are growing, where performance is declining, and how individual accounts impact overall results.

The Company Scorecard is available directly in your POS dashboard under Point of Sale → Companies. From this view, you can compare customers side by side, sort by key metrics, and quickly identify which accounts deserve attention.

Key metrics include:
• Customer and market information.
• Sales performance and trend indicators.
• Three-month and twelve-month performance comparisons.
• Order volume and average order size.
• SKU count, key SKUs, and product family mix.
• Sales rep and distributor involvement.

For customers designated as targets, teams can drill into transaction-level detail and distributor activity, allowing them to move quickly from insight to action.
