The Supplier Performance Report gives manufacturer reps a clear view into how well leads from each supplier are being managed, providing transparency, accountability, and a stronger connection to the supplier relationship.
By analyzing every lead sent through Interlynx, the report helps reps understand where follow-up is strong, where delays are occurring, and how overall responsiveness aligns with supplier expectations.
When you open the Supplier tab in your Interlynx Lead Management dashboard, you’ll see a dedicated view for each manufacturer you represent. This includes total leads received, contact activity, posting times, feedback quality, conversion performance, and customer outcomes — all organized in a simple scorecard layout.
The report moves beyond basic lead counts to show true execution quality. With visibility into contact rates, follow-up speed, feedback accuracy, and order activity, reps can quickly identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
Key metrics include:
• Lead volume — total leads received from the supplier
• Contact activity — how often outreach was attempted and recorded
• Time to open — average response speed for new leads
• Feedback quality — green/yellow/red indicators based on completeness
• Conversion rate — percentage of leads that progressed into opportunities
• Unresponded leads — detailed visibility into aging or untouched leads
• Order activity — leads that resulted in sales
• Lead classification — good leads, low-quality leads, and explanations
• New customers — first-time buyers generated from supplier leads
• Customer survey results — responsiveness, competence, and overall experience (if enabled)
At the top of the report, data appears in both summary and list formats, giving you a quick snapshot of performance along with detailed record-level visibility. The combined list view brings all outcomes together in one place, helping teams manage follow-up consistently.
Reps can use this information to evaluate responsiveness, coach team members, improve communication with the supplier, and ensure that leads are being handled with the level of attention expected.
The Supplier Performance Report is a simple, data-driven way to track execution, improve accountability, and strengthen relationships with your manufacturers.
