The New Accounts view highlights customers buying for the first time through your distributors, including the distributor name, first purchase date, and total year-to-date sales.
The Lost Accounts view identifies customers that were active before but have stopped purchasing, with the last sold date, distributor, and prior sales volume clearly shown.
A combined List View brings both together — giving you a complete view of customer movement across all your distributor relationships. You can sort, assign, and follow up quickly to capitalize on growth opportunities or recover lost business.
