When you open the Threats & Opportunities section, you’ll see two views: New Accounts and Lost Accounts. Together, they show how your customer base is changing over the past twelve months versus the prior year.
The New Accounts view highlights customers that appeared for the first time in the last twelve months — including the distributor, first purchase date, and total sales. The Lost Accounts view shows those that were active before but have stopped buying, with last sold date and prior sales volume.
A combined List View lets you see both in one place — making it easy to sort, assign, and act quickly on growth and retention opportunities.
Key metrics include:

• 12-month rolling sales and account totals.
• New vs. lost customer trends over time
