The Distributor view gives manufacturers and reps a clear window into how their distributors are performing — turning point-of-sale data into insight, accountability, and action. By analyzing key sales and dependency metrics, this report helps you understand where growth is strong, where risks exist, and how to strengthen collaboration across your channel.
When you open the Rep Commission Reporting section, you’ll find the dedicated Distributor tab. Here, you can quickly see the overall performance of every distributor you work with — including sales trends, customer coverage, and contribution to your total business.
The Distributor view makes it easy to move beyond instinct. With concrete data on sales growth, customer dependency, and new customer acquisition, you can see exactly how each distributor is contributing to your market presence and where attention is needed to drive improvement.
Key metrics include:
• Sales performance: 12-month sales, current month sales, 3-month and 12-month averages, and sales gap analysis.
• Customer coverage: Total customers, key accounts, and dependency indicators showing whether sales are concentrated or diversified.
• Customer movement: New and lost customers, associated sales changes, and new product adoption rates.
At the top of the report, each distributor is listed alongside a visual performance scorecard. Green indicates healthy diversity and growth; red signals dependency or contraction — helping teams focus their attention where it matters most.
For deeper insight, the Tree Map view allows you to drill down from distributor to customer level. Instantly see which customers drive the bulk of sales and how those relationships evolve over time.
With the Distributor View Reporting, Interlynx gives manufacturers and reps a unified way to measure, compare, and strengthen distributor performance — transforming data into transparency and partnership.
