We’re excited to introduce a new report available through the Interlynx POS System, designed specifically for distributors who submit Point of Sale (POS) data to their manufacturing partners using Interlynx.
The report includes a Supplier Overview, allowing you to see a complete list of the suppliers you're currently sending POS data to.
Under Customer-Level Insights, you'll find a Data Quality Score that measures how accurately customers are identified in your data. Anonymous or vague entries,such as cash sales, can lower this score, while higher scores reflect cleaner, more actionable data.
Sales Metrics are also included, such as your 12-month total sales, most recent monthly sales, 3-month average (based on the most recent three months), and 12-month average (based on the annual total). Additionally, the 3–12 Month Gap highlights recent growth or decline.
The Customer Base Analysis section breaks down your total customers versus key customers and includes a Dependency Ratio, which shows whether a small number of customers account for most of your revenue.
In the Customer Turnover section, you’ll see the number of new and lost customers over the last 12 months along with their associated sales volumes.
The report also provides details on New Product Sales and Target Account performance.
In addition to all these insights, you’ll receive a detailed customer list, consolidated views across multiple Interlynx suppliers (if applicable), and visualizations such as tree maps and trend charts to help you track performance over time.
